Dr Tung has been teaching different business administration and banking and finance related subjects in higher education since 2000. Before joining the academic and teaching career, he obtained substantial experience in the banking industry, specializing in branch operation and marketing, credit management and corporate lending. His research interests include relationship marketing in financial services, Fintech management, and financial literacy.
